An unexpected death is difficult to deal with by itself, but having to deal with probate and all the other issues that go along with it was mind boggling. Choosing the right attorney is difficult. But I was very fortunate to stumble upon Bob Montgomery and he made the process as smooth as it could be under the circumstances. He walked me through every step and answered my gazillion questions along the way. I cannot think of a way that he could have made it easier with the exception of handling all of the non-legal stuff! I would highly recommend Bob and unfortunately I am pretty sure I will be going through this process again in the somewhat near future and I will definitely hire him again!

When my mother passed away in April 2020 and I was appointed her personal representative, I was at a complete loss as to how to handle “probate.” After doing some internet research and asking for a referral from a friend who had just gone through the probate process for his father, I contacted Bob Montgomery.
